Q. My skin is itchy when I wear a compression bandage.

A.

Itchy skin after wearing a compression band may be a temporary symptom that occurs as blood suddenly flows into the compression part.

If itching continues for a long time, it may be caused by the friction of the compression bandage or dry skin, so please follow the recommendations below.

Q. My skin is itchy when I wear a compression bandage.

A.

When the itching subsides after stopping wearing the bandage,
1. Apply a sufficient amount of moisturizer and wear it again.
2. If the bandage is folded, spread the bandage out to unfold it.
3. If the bandage gets wet with sweat, take it off for a while, dry the sweat, and then wear it again.

If the same symptoms continue after following the recommendations, please contact us through the VENAEN question board or KakaoTalk.
